1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Digizaro.com and engaging our SEO, Web Development, or Digital Marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or our services.

2. Scope of Services

Digizaro provides digital solutions including, but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for UK, USA, and Dubai markets.
• Custom CRM Development and Technical Consultations.
• Digital PR and Content Strategy.

Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in your individual Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. Payment & Subscription Terms

Services are billed on a project or monthly retainer basis. Payments must be made via the agreed-upon channels (Bank Transfer, Stripe, or Crypto where applicable).

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to final creative assets and code developed for them. However, Digizaro retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, internal SEO frameworks, and pre-existing code libraries used during the project.

5. Client Responsibilities

To achieve the results mentioned in our case studies, clients must provide:

• Timely access to website CMS and Analytics.
• Necessary brand assets and information for content creation.
• Approval of strategies within 48 hours to maintain onboarding speed.

6. Liability & Performance

While we guarantee "best-in-class" SEO practices, search engine algorithms (Google, Bing, SGE) are third-party entities. Digizaro cannot be held liable for sudden shifts in global search engine policies or ranking fluctuations caused by algorithm updates.

7. Privacy & NDA

Your data is protected under global GDPR and UAE Data Protection laws. Digizaro is happy to sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for all enterprise-level projects to ensure total confidentiality of your business secrets.

8. Termination

Retainer services can be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. Any outstanding fees for work completed up to the termination date will become immediately due.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the regions we operate in (UK, USA, and UAE). Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action in the respective jurisdictions.
